 Red Meat  

When shopping for red meats, we recommend that you look for grass-fed and organic. This typically means less hormones and antibiotics, higher antioxidant levels, and more vitamins and nutrients.

Also focusing on leaner cuts such as sirloin or tenderloin, and check for brighter red color, which usually indicates freshness.
