Let’s start at the golden question we often hear – what should we be really looking for in the nutrition labels on the back of our foods? Regardless of your goal, it can be immensely beneficial to know how to read and understand a nutrition label, and that’s what we’ll be going over this week.

​Let’s go over the main qualities to look for in a Nutrition Facts Panel:

Sometimes products have more servings than you think.
It’s helpful to look at the serving size before trying to understand the nutrients so you know how much of each nutrient you’re actually consuming.
